Therapy relies on the commitment and motivation from both the therapist and the client to get the best results. Part of the therapy occurs in the consulting room and part of the therapy involves cognitive reflection and using the provided hypnotherapy recording and breathing techniques daily. As the client, when you agree to undertake a course of therapy, you also agree to engage with the process, complete any homework that you are given and listen to the hypnotherapy track at appropriate times. It is with commitment and partnership working that you will see the best results. Please note results may vary from person to person.
Missed appointments or appointments which are rescheduled with less than 48 hrs notice are chargeable at the full fee. This is further clarified at our initial meeting and is a minimum requirement to ensure fairness to other clients who may need that appointment.
Exceptions can be made for emergencies in the case of genuine sudden illness but I are unable to accommodate employers’ changes to working patterns with short notice or childcare issues or transport issues.
Appointments need to be kept to make the necessary progress with your recovery.
You commit to attend the appointments that we make. There are two good reasons for this.
Your attendance at the appointment is part of your commitment to the ongoing therapy.
If you do not cancel in a reasonable time then you have stopped someone else having that appointment.
If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed. If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival then the session fee remains payable in full.
Most sessions are for 50 mins and any lateness cannot be accommodated by adding additional time to the end of the sessions due to the impact on other clients.
I may also ask your permission to hold credit or debit card details on file in case of missed appointments. They are confidential and not shared with any third parties. I do not use the details, unless you don’t turn up or contact us. This is discussed at the initial consultation.

Making and keeping records is an essential part of care. Records are kept for everyone I provide therapy for or who asks for professional advice or services. Only information that is essential to your care will be recorded, in both paper and electronic format. I will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. At no time will your email address or contact details be sold, or otherwise distributed to any third party.
As a customer, you may be placed on my mailing list to receive information that I feel may be of benefit to you. If you ever wish to unsubscribe to any information sent, please click the unsubscribe link which will be clearly highlighted. I never send unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) to any clients using their email address.
My site uses a tool which collects information on the pages you visit and passes elements of this to search engines to assist them in indexing my site. It also uses cookies
At all times, I will keep as confidential all information recorded about you and use it only for the purpose for which it was given. I will only use information about you to continue your care or for purposes where you have given specific permission to use it.

I undertake to provide therapy for you with respect and not to abuse the trust you put in me. I will use best practice at all times in our mutual interest. In return, you undertake not to harm yourself, or any other person, including me, or any property belonging either to me or any other person. You agree not to come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications prescribed by your doctor. If you do come to sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs or demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour, I reserve the right to cancel the session and refuse any further therapy sessions.

Before I met Fleur I had crippling anxiety and did not believe in myself and my capabilities.
